- Booking fees are non refundable, they are transferable to another date if 48 hours notice is given. If less than 48 hours is given a new booking fee will need to be paid.
- If your are late to your appointment this will affect your service.
- If you are more than 15mins late your appointment may be cancelled and you will loose your booking fee.
- No shows will not be tolerated.
- Please do not bring any plus ones or children to your appointment as unfortunately I do not have the space to accommodate them.
- Lash appointments please arrive with clean lashes & no eye makeup.
- For injectable appointments please make sure you complete your consultation/medical forms prior to your appointment.
